To ensure we continue to exceed the expectations of all our domestic customers, we introduced our five service promises.
UP TO 10 YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE ON YOUR AC INSTALLATION AS STANDARD
10 years warranty included with all Mitsubishi Electric system installations over the value of £8000* with a minimum of 7 years warranty on all other makes and models of air conditioning systems we supply and install.
IF YOUR SYSTEM BREAKS DOWN MAC WILL BE THERE IN 48 HOURS
If your AC system was installed by us and breaks down, we will have a service engineer to you within 48 hours or less, otherwise we will supply you with a £50 Amazon voucher.*
MAC PROVIDES YOU WITH TEMPORARY HEATING/COOLING IF YOUR SYSTEM CAN'T BE FIXED SAME DAY.
If an AC system installed by us is faulty and we cannot repair your system same day, we will provide you with temporary heating or cooling until your repair is complete and you system is up and running again.*
WE WILL REPLACE YOUR FAULTY UNIT IF WE CANNOT SOURCE A SPARE IN 10 WORKING DAYS OR LESS.
If your AC system was installed by us in the last two years and we cannot source a replacement part for the faulty unit within ten working days, we will replace the faulty unit entirely.*
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED WITHIN 30 DAYS OR YOUR MONEY BACK
Should you be unsatisfied with your AC installation for any reason and advise us within 30 days of your install, MAC will remove all AC units, pipework and other installation materials free of charge and will provide you with a full refund.*
