Job Description:
This is a full-time position for an Improver Electrician who will support the installation and maintenance of electrical and air conditioning systems within our renewables and air conditioning divisions. The role involves working on-site across various commercial and residential projects, assisting with electrical installations, and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with electrical installations in renewable energy and air conditioning systems
- Work collaboratively with senior electricians and engineers to complete projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues under supervision
- Complete necessary documentation and report progress to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Basic electrical training or relevant certifications (NVQ or equivalent preferred)
- Experience working as an improver electrician or similar role
- Familiarity with safety protocols and electrical standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel to various project sites
Skills:
- Understanding of basic electrical systems and installation techniques
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills, especially in customer-facing settings
