Air Conditioning Engineer

Role Overview:
Midland Air Conditioning (MAC) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team of experts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems for both commercial and residential clients across the West Midlands. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to provide efficient and effective solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
• F-Gas certification is essential.
• Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
